Trekking bikes have little flat tires so that you can easily balance them on small mountains and uneven paths.

With a little wider tires than road bikes and flat handlebars Cross bikes are another subset of Hybrid bikes made to travel little longer distances and more uneven terrains.
Because of flat handlebars, they support a more upright position and are more comfortable while riding and thus can be an excellent friend to riders who are looking to travel longer distances.
They are said to be more lightweight and due to their wider tires riders can easily ride on rough tracks with shallow mud, hard-packed sand, leaves, and other littered surfaces.
